A tribute to the man whose struggle gave Tando Muhammad Khan its Bar and its District.

Late Mr. Abdul Hakeem Memon was an advocate of great dedication and the founder of the District Bar Association Tando Muhammad Khan. He was also the founder of District Tando Muhammad Khan itself, and it was his long and determined struggle that gave this community both its own District and its own Bar.
Throughout his career at the Bar he appeared in many important cases and served his clients and colleagues with commitment. But it was his tireless effort, his patience and his sacrifice for the District and for the Bar Association that made him a name remembered with respect by every advocate of Tando Muhammad Khan.
Every advocate who today practises under the banner of the District Bar Association walks on the path that he built. His work continues to serve the legal fraternity and the people of the District.
He passed away on 30 March 2020 in Madinah Munawwarah and was laid to rest there.
